Cancellation/ Refund/ Exchange Policy: Booking a class at Hirt's Defensive Solutions LLC is a commitment to train. If you cancel your training 60 days or more from your class date, you will forfeit 50% of your tuition . If you cancel sooner than 60 days from your class date, you forfeit 100% of your tuition. This policy is firm and there will be no exceptions. You will be allowed to transfer your class date once. If you signed up for a private lesson NO refunds will be giving if you cancel. You will be issued a refund of 100% if Hirt's Defensive Solutions Cancels the course for any reason.

BY ACCESSING THIS SITE, BOOKING A COURSE, OR PARTICIPATING IN TRAINING, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
1. ABSOLUTE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Student/User agrees that the total aggregate liability of Hirt’s Defensive Solutions—including its owners, officers, individual instructors, employees, agents, and the owners/operators of any shooting range or facility used for training—for any and all claims, injuries, death, or damages (whether based in contract, tort, or negligence) SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL SUM OF ONE DOLLAR ($1.00 USD).
2. COMPREHENSIVE RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS
The Student/User hereby forever releases, waives, and discharges Hirt’s Defensive Solutions, its instructors, and the Range Owners/Facilities from any and all legal actions. This includes a "Hold Harmless" agreement: if the Student, or the Student's estate, files a lawsuit, the Student/User agrees to pay all legal fees and costs incurred by Hirt’s Defensive Solutions and the Range Owner to defend such action.
3. ALL SALES ARE FINAL / NO REFUNDS
All payments made to Hirt’s Defensive Solutions are non-refundable. * No Refunds: No money will be returned for student cancellations, "no-shows," failure to pass a course, or failure to receive a certificate (NRA, USCCA, or otherwise).

Instructor Discretion: The only exception to this policy is if a course is canceled entirely by Hirt’s Defensive Solutions.

Chargeback Prohibition: By purchasing, you waive your right to dispute the transaction with your bank.
4. SAFETY DISMISSAL & PERFORMANCE

Zero Tolerance: The Instructor has the absolute authority to eject any student from the range or classroom for any safety violation or disruptive behavior.

Forfeiture: Ejection from a course results in the immediate forfeiture of all tuition paid, with no option for a refund or a "make-up" session.

Attendance ≠ Certification: Presence in a class does not guarantee a passing grade or certification.
5. GOVERNING LAW (BARTOW COUNTY)
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any and all legal proceedings must be filed exclusively in the courts of Bartow County, GA. If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable by a court, all other sections remain in full legal force.
