Service Description
An EFT file, short for Electronic Fingerprint Transmission, is a digital file containing your fingerprints and demographic details. These files come in various formats depending on the requesting agency's requirements. ATF eForms 1 and eForms 4 support EFT submissions. For other forms, fingerprint cards are required. Please note that your EFT file is valid for forms 1 and 4.
Cancellation Policy
No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital fingerprinting services and the immediate generation of custom .EFT files, all sales are absolutely final. We have a strict no refund policy. We do not offer cancellations, credits, or exchanges once an appointment has been booked or the service rendered. Please ensure you are ready to proceed before booking. Once finger prints are submitted you will normally receive them emailed to you at the email address that you provided (Make sure it is correct)
